Shipping General
All orders are fulfilled directly from our Amazon U.S. fulfillment centers
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and delivery speed.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72 business hours after confirmation. If any shipping delay occurs, we will inform customers within 72 hours.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Free Shipping
Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $60.
Orders below $60 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Shipping Notice
Customs taxes are not applicable within the United States.
Tracking details will be sent via email once the order is shipped, so please check your email regularly.
Order Value Limit
To ensure smooth processing, the maximum order value per checkout is $500.
Customers wishing to purchase more than $500 are encouraged to place multiple orders.
Delivery Failure
1. Lost Parcel
Customers must notify us within 21 days if the status shows "Delivered" but the package has not been received.
Refunds or replacements are only possible if the carrier officially confirms the package as "Lost".
Please note: We cannot provide a refund or reshipment for stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the correct address.
2. Recipient Unreachable
If an incorrect shipping address or contact information is provided, and the carrier cannot complete delivery, the package may be returned or disposed of.
Refunds or reshipments are not possible in such cases.
